We are excited to announce we are launching same‑day delivery today - and to be the first product rental company in London to offer this service. 

Customers can now call in an order with just two hours' notice to have items delivered the same day - subject to stock availability and a small additional premium charge.

Until now, WhyBuy has required 48 hours' advance notice for orders. The new same‑day service is being introduced as a pilot and will initially be available for all product categories on whybuy.co.uk, with orders taken by phone only. The daily cut‑off for same‑day delivery is 3pm.

 "We're testing demand for true last‑minute rental - the kind of thing you need the same day, not in two days' time," said Jamie Conway, CEO of WhyBuy. "If the pilot goes well, we'll look at widening the service and integrating it fully into our online checkout."
