How It Works

WhyBuy is the easiest way to rent high quality products without the cost, clutter, or commitment of owning them

1. Choose Your Products
Get the patio ready, refresh your carpets or throw a party to remember. Browse products from trusted brands including Bosch, Le Creuset and Kärcher, or choose a bundle that brings useful items together.

All WhyBuy products are carefully selected then cleaned, checked and maintained between rentals. Our “batteries included” approach means we supply the batteries, chargers and essential accessories needed to use your equipment.

Each product page explains exactly what’s included, any setup required and anything you’ll need to supply yourself, such as food or drink items.

You can book online or by phone. If you need help choosing or ordering, you can get detailed product information and help by calling 020 8080 9952.

2. Select Your Delivery & Collection Slots
Choose your rental dates, then select convenient 2-hour delivery and collection slots. We deliver across Greater London, within the M25, so you can plan around your day.

Prefer to collect and return your order yourself? Choose from our available Click & Collect locations and select the times that suit you.

For standard delivery, book at least 48 hours ahead. Need it sooner? Call before 3pm on 020 8080 9952 to ask about same-day or next-day delivery, subject to availability and an additional premium delivery charge.

3. We Deliver & Collect
We deliver your products straight to your door in your chosen 2-hour slot, so you can focus on your plans.

Your equipment comes with the accessories listed on the product page and instructions to help you get started. Some items need assembly or setup, and we’re here to help if you have questions.

When you’re finished, pack everything back into its original packaging and have it ready for collection in your chosen 2-hour slot.

Make more of your plans, without making room for more stuff. We’ll collect the kit when you’re done.
