Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation notice periods below are calculated from your scheduled delivery date and time.

All Items (excluding Tableware & Glassware)

• Orders can be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date and time.
• Orders cannot be cancelled and amended within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date and time.

Refunds are based on the time remaining before your scheduled delivery date and time:

• 96 hours (4 days) or more before delivery: 100% refund.
• 72–96 hours before delivery: 50% refund.
• Less than 72 hours before delivery: No refund.

Tableware & Glassware

• Orders cancelled 8 days or more before the scheduled delivery date and time will receive a 100% refund.
• Orders cancelled 4–7 days before the scheduled delivery date and time will receive a 50% refund.
• Orders cancelled less than 4 days before the scheduled delivery date and time are not eligible for a refund.

All cancellation notice charges below are calculated from date and time order was placed

Cancellation Charges

• If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of the date and time it was placed, a full refund will be issued.
• If an order is cancelled more than 24 hours after the date and time it was placed, a £5 cancellation fee will apply.
